EREVOS I does not belong to the conventional realm of gaming, nor does it constitute a typical simulator. It is the realization of an imaginary spacecraft that functions as an autonomous digital construct. Born within the field of Creative Computing, the project follows its own internal rules and the personal narrative of its creator, far removed from the standards and requirements of commercial games.

Here, technology and code are not used to deliver standardized “action,” but rather to host a unique immersive experience. EREVOS I is a form of creative expression, where the spacecraft ceases to be a mere vehicle for travel and becomes a living space of expression, inviting the visitor to discover a unique language of interaction between human and machine.

The project of creative computing began in October 2025 by Associate Professor Panagiotis Papazoglou at the Research Laboratory of Interactive Digital Systems, Department of Digital Arts and Cinema (Evripos Campus), National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). The project and its funding have been undertaken by him.
